Casabella Furniture is a family business that has been running in the UK since 2005 and has set up an enormous customer base. However, the previous version of the online store on Magento 1 was literally outdated in terms of functionalities and UI. The client reached out to our Magento team and shared his requirements. We were responsible to deliver a fresh UX & UI and migrate the online furniture store into Magento 2.

What We Did

To elevate the online store experience, we recommended some integrations with Trustpilot for reviews, Instagram Feed for social media activities, and ERP for centralized order/inventory/shipment management. The plan was simple for us: To ignite the revenues and make our client happy by delivering a fully functional Magento 2 eCommerce web app. We did it well within the expected deadline by launching a flawless Casabella furniture online store.

Highlights

Brainstorming and developing extensive and custom functionalities with time constraints was an uphill battle. A strategic approach to plan, design, migrate, develop, and deploy with a closed collaboration internally proved to be the key. As the client expected an omnichannel solution, we built a web app that could sync with all the physical stores with no chance of errors. We are in the continued engagement to build a mobile app in the future.
