Their platform intricately weaves together the functionalities of three distinct external third-party platforms, harmonizing the essence of modern technology within their offerings.
SmartThings, a sophisticated smart property management platform, forms a core component of their infrastructure, facilitating the integration of cutting-edge automation and control systems into their properties. The incorporation of LMPM software, designed to streamline and automate Lease and Property Management processes, further elevates the efficiency and precision of their operations. Complementing these is the integration of Breezeway software, a comprehensive solution tailored for property operations and management, adding finesse to their overall service quality.
Recognizing our expertise and proficiency in software development, LQAM entrusted us with the task of crafting a bespoke software architecture specifically tailored to cater to the discerning needs of their esteemed clientele.
What We Did
Initially, we collected their business requirements and devised a customized solution. Our choice for the front-end was React.js, while Node.js for backend development. We opted for software architecture design for databases to regularly synchronize data from LMPM, Breezeway, and SmartThings. Subsequently, our adept web platform development team crafted an admin dashboard for property management, reservations, and smart device location linkage.
