An old pharmacy marketplace built on Magento was in dire need of an upgrade as critical issues were found related to performance, bugs, speed, and customer experience. The client, having worked with us on other projects, came to us requiring a complete overhaul of the platform. After initial talks, a dedicated team was tasked with marketplace app development, version upgrade, custom module development, software testing & QA, maintenance & support.
What We Did
The dedicated Magento developers worked in close collaboration to analyze the old system, carried out RX workflow optimization, and implemented upgraded functionalities. Simultaneously, the version upgrade was performed to bring the platform version to the latest Magento 2.4.6. Payment integration systems like Heartland and BlueSnap were implemented to lift checkout experiences. Advanced product search with filters was implemented to transform the whole customer journey right from the start.
