After all the fun and helpful activities we enjoyed for International Yoga Day here at the office, let's take a moment to explore the deeper benefits of yoga! We might think of yoga as just those cool, pretzel-like poses, but there's so much more to it.  It's an ancient practice that combines gentle movements, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.

Think of it as yoga is like a workout for your mind and body together. It helps us stretch and strengthen our muscles, but it also keeps us calm in our busy minds and feels more centered. It's like hitting the pause button on stress and taking a moment to recharge.

But, Let’s have a look at how we have enjoyed International Yoga Day 2024.

  • Side Stretch

The session didn’t stop there, there was a Lifestyle Management session by the renowned yoga trainer, Ms. Rasna Dave. Moreover, she helped our team with great insights about work-life balance, diet plans, and many more.

There was a separate session for Q&A so that our team members could ask their respective questions.

Yoga helps in reducing back pain, neck and shoulder pain, which are some of the common workplace problems faced by most of us.
