The old commission-based Trady platform was simply a booking solution where customers seeking handyman services were putting in inquiries and a middleman (vendor) was assigning the jobs. This model created dependencies and complications as our client was aiming to scale the platform by adding more cities.
Having worked on the earlier project, the client approached our web app development team again. He wanted to remove the vendor who was charging commission and started to provide jobs and home (handyman) services under his operations. Also, he was willing to implement our suggestion of AI implementation to automate multiple operations along with modern and scalable functionalities.
